What happens after you apply.
- You apply Tell us about yourself and your work. Real detail matters here — it's what we read first.
- We review it A person reads every application. We look at your work photos and call your references.
- We call you If it looks like a fit, we'll ring the number you give us and talk it through.
- A trial job Often we'll put you on a job at an hourly rate first, so we both find out whether it works.
- Contract or crew From there it's per-job work, or a spot on the team full time.
